I’m sure you are wondering what causes the double chin. For one it could be Excess body weight. You could be storing extra fat under your chin. The second step is set a goal. Most people will try the steps I’m providing and not see a result after 1-2 days sometimes even a week and then give up. This obviously is not going to work, you need to set goals on what kind of foods you be eating, or how many times a day you will exercise and for how long. You have to have this kind of mindset or you are already setting yourself up for failure.
The third step is diet and exercise, it is crucial that if you are to eliminate your double chin your food choices need to be better and you need to get out and do some walking, running, any kind of physical activity that will break a sweat and get your body active. Also make sure to drink 8 cups of water per day; it is essential to remain hydrated. Recommended food would be fruit, vegetables, nuts, chicken breast, and try to stay away from calorie rich process food. It turns into fat and the body refuses to burn it.
A few exercises I have found that work is for 2-5 minutes per day – Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth so the under-chin tightens. Then proceed to tighten the tong, relax, tighten the tongue, and relax. Do this and you should eventually see results.
